Before you write

Many answers are on the Support page: alerts in StandBy, iCloud sync, Orbilla’s ranks, Apple Watch and managing Zen Plus.

We never ask for passwords or payment details. Purchases are handled by Apple; to cancel a subscription use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
