Zen Timer: Grow with Orbilla (“the app”) is built to work without collecting your personal data. This policy covers the app on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac, and orbilla.com.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. We do not run a server that receives your data.

What stays on your devices

Your routines, tasks, focus history, goals, garden, Orbilla’s rank and wardrobe, and settings are stored on your devices. Finished Apple Watch sessions go directly to your paired iPhone using Apple’s WatchConnectivity.

iCloud (optional)

If you turn on iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud database, which only you can access. We cannot see it. iCloud may send your devices a silent notification when something changes so they stay in step; it contains no personal content. Turning sync off stops future uploads.

Focus Circles and SharePlay (optional)

Focus Circles use iCloud sharing between the members’ own Apple Accounts. Only the people you invite can see what the Circle shares. “Focus together” uses Apple’s SharePlay during a FaceTime call. Neither passes through us.

Plan my day and speech (optional)

Plan my day turns your words into a plan using Apple Intelligence on your device where available, or simple rules on the device everywhere else. If you speak your plan, speech recognition runs on your device only; the microphone is used only while you are speaking your plan. Nothing you type or say is sent to us or to any server.

Calendar and Reminders (optional)

With your permission, the app reads the busy times of your calendars to suggest free time, creates or updates only the events it made for your routines and finished sessions, and keeps tasks in sync with Apple Reminders. This data never leaves your device through Zen Timer.

Apple Music (optional)

With your permission, the app searches the Apple Music catalog and your library and plays music you choose. Apple processes this under its own privacy policy.

Screen Time (optional)

With your permission, the app shields apps you choose during protected sessions. Apple does not reveal which apps you chose to us.

Apple Health (optional)

If you turn it on, Zen Timer saves Meditation time to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes and HIIT sessions as workouts. The app only writes these entries; it never reads your health data, and nothing from Health is sent anywhere by Zen Timer. Health data is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.

Notifications and alarms

Used only for timer phases and planned-routine reminders, scheduled on your device. On iOS 26 and later, if you allow it, the end of a break and the end of a session use iOS alarms on your device so you hear them on silent and in StandBy.

Siri and Shortcuts

Voice and Shortcuts requests are handled by Apple; Zen Timer only receives the action you asked for, such as starting or pausing a session.

Purchases

Zen Plus subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. We receive no payment details; the app checks Apple’s signed transaction on your device. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Backups and export

Files you export go only where you choose to save or share them.

This website

orbilla.com uses no cookies, analytics, ad pixels, embedded players or third-party fonts. It is served by Cloudflare Pages, which, like any web host, processes basic connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site; we do not use it to identify or track visitors.

Children

Zen Timer is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
